There is many ways to get help. The readme file, the Movies, slide show, FAQ, the samples, the context help, the newsgroup, the Chat meeting and finally me (please use this one as your last choice).

The readme.txt file is available within the setup program. The context help is in the setup program. It explains every fields and every buttons as your mouse move over them.


There is 1 newsgroup where you can receive emails that people exchange and news about KeySpy as well as trick and how to do. You must be a member to send and receive emails.

There is also a chat box available where people can meet together and exchange idea and trick. I can be there to do a meeting if asked. I can also send you an invitation by email to meet there when needed.

Prior to send me an email, make sure you have read everythings. This should be your last choice if you are desesperate in trying KeySpy. Include the followings with your problem:
One single email question: 50 credits (you must have credits with us to ask a question)
(read check the slide show, FAQ and check archives messages before asking a question)

Phone call for technical help:

500 credits for first 15 minutes (this is the minimum)
1000 credits per 30 minutes.
2000 credits per hour.

Available hour:

monday through thursday: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm (New York time, US).

The way it work is by sending an email to me to ask for phone request with me (specify as subject: phone request help). Then, if enough credits in your account, I reply by leaving my phone number to you with the time limit you can use and the date/time you can call me.  You must reply to agree with the date/time.  Be sure to have your computer opened and the setup program on your disk when the call is made.  Once the call made, I reduce your credits based on the time we spend together over the phone.
